The Program Manager will support an Oncology Patient Support Program within the NavieGo portfolio, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
Ensuring the program is designed and implemented as per sponsor’s strategic direction;
Ensuring all program sponsor’s needs are being met;
Responsible for the overall performance of the program and its respective services: reimbursement, patient coordination, medication management, etc.
Ensuring that any stakeholder escalations are managed appropriately and to the sponsor’s satisfaction;
Providing the program sponsor with portfolio insights and intelligence (market, competitive and payer);
The design, evolution and delivery of all program reporting;
Ongoing evaluation of program strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for improvement;
In collaboration with the analytics team, facilitate the design, production and delivery of all program related reporting;
Participate/lead in respective client meetings and day to day client communications;
Make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in the execution of these changes through a robust change management process;
Collaborate with all internal departments who deliver program related services to ensure optimal execution and performance;
Provide support, guidance, and leadership to the team;
Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, overseeing the completion of all required CAPA activities;
Attend, as appropriate, therapeutically relevant conferences with the focus on client and stakeholder relationship building.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical related field;
Experience managing a patient support program in multiple therapeutic areas is a strong asset;
A Bachelor’s degree program and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required;
Program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and competent reporting and trending data;
Strong financial acumen and hands on budget management experience;
General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, database elements and functionality;
Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation;
Possessing an in depth knowledge of public / private and federal funding mechanisms.
