About this role
Role Overview
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts.
Maintain existing customer files.
Process customer orders and set up new customers in our systems.
Monitor usage of supplies and other consumables.
Communicate with field representative(s) on a daily basis.
Handle customer complaints and produce reports.
Answer phones as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associates degree (AA) related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have medical terminology knowledge/background.
