Review operating results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to the business partners and leadership team to improve overall operational and financial performance.
Work with the Global Analytics & Insights team to ensure meaningful data and analysis is being provided to the business partners that helps improve decision-making and financial performance.
Ensure predictability of financial results by establishing and driving the AOP and quarterly forecasting processes.
Provide insight on how to improve field engineer use and project delivery cash flow optimization.
Work with the North America LCS leadership team to identify and implement productivity opportunities and programs.
Provide direction in establishing proper internal control policies and procedures for the multiple product offerings covered within this scope of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
MBA or CPA
8+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience with an emphasis in FP&A or General Accounting
The ability to work collaboratively across the global finance organization to complete projects, improve standardization and enhance efficiencies
Experience supporting a global engineering delivery organization.
