Lead instructional technology efforts under Wharton Computing's IDEA Courseware brand
Provide strategic leadership for Wharton’s LMS and courseware ecosystem
Oversee vendor relationships, budget coordination, and sustainable support models
Supervise and develop staff, ensuring effective service delivery
Advise school leadership on trends, best practices, strategic implementations
Demonstrate accountability in delivering and supporting large-scale services
Coordinate with colleagues on the Instructional Design team

Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience managing technology
Thorough understanding of technology-enhanced learning platforms and tools
Demonstrated supervisory and management skills
Experience providing authoritative guidance to organizational leaders and/or faculty members
Excellent presentation, writing and customer service skills
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HTML/CSS
Availability to cover gaps in critical service/support responsibilities
