Manage day-to-day project delivery from construction start through turnover.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks proactively.
Track progress, resolve issues, and drive alignment across contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
Lead coordination of site logistics, permitting, inspections, and construction readiness.
Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports.
Review and validate change orders, pay applications, and vendor invoices.
Serve as primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
Lead weekly coordination meetings, track deliverables, and enforce performance expectations.
Ensure all partners adhere to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Conduct site walks to monitor workmanship, safety practices, installation quality, and design adherence.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards.
Partner with Development, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to support project readiness and seamless handoff.
Maintain accurate project logs, reports, meeting minutes, submittal trackers, and decision records.
Requirements
7–10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with large commercial, industrial, and a minimum of 4+ years directly in mission-critical builds.
Demonstrated experience managing general contractors, subcontractors, and technical project scopes.
Strong background in MEP-heavy construction, infrastructure systems, or high-density facilities.
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and site coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Elec/Mech/Eng. Mgmt. Preferred), Architecture, or equivalent related field experience.
