RN Supervisor, Case Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee the day-to-day ‘back office’ operations of the clinic
• Implement and assure quality medical management and cost containment health services
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate/improve clinical care services/programs
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, and Administrative Leadership team
• Provide leadership to the nursing team and support as a mentor to Staff
• Manage operations and services that add value and integrated with nursing standards of practice
• Responsible for performance and outcome measures

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient/inpatient setting
• Current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Experience with audits and health care inspections, preferred
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is preferred
• A valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese, preferred
