- Support for accounting operations
- Support for the monthly and annual closing processes
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record financial transactions and post documents
- Reconcile accounts and analyze discrepancies
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation
- Support preparation of basic financial reports
- Support for Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in preparation for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards
- Maintain orderly filing and tax documentation
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Motivation to start a professional career in finance
- Interest in the Marketing and Advertising sector (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Excel and Office tools
- Willingness to learn accounting software and ERPs
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and autonomy
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
