Own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through to commercial negotiation and contract close.
Build and maintain a strong, high‑value sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with key clients, positioning NoteMachine as a strategic partner in digital cash‑handling and retail security.
Identify and deliver upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand solution adoption across multi‑site retail estates.
Act as a senior ambassador for the DRS offering at client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
Lead, coach, and develop sales and account management teams, embedding best practice and driving performance.
Support commercial strategy execution through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and collaboration with senior leadership.
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability through solution‑led sales in complex or large‑scale organisations.
Ideally an awareness or knowledge of DRS solutions
Experience developing and executing sales and go‑to‑market strategies, including new product or solution launches.
Strong background in sales leadership, with the ability to motivate teams and drive consistent performance.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within retail, financial services, or adjacent sectors.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a clear grasp of revenue, margin, and value creation drivers.
Ability to align commercial activity to broader business strategy and growth priorities.
