About this role
Role Overview
Representing AQA and delivering key subject messages to external audiences
Supporting schools, centres, and teachers with subject-related queries
Planning and delivering Computer Science specifications
Engaging with teachers to support continuous improvement and subject confidence
Building strong relationships with subject stakeholders
Gathering and analysing data and customer feedback
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
Requirements
A clear and confident understanding of Computer Science and its specifications
An understanding of GCSE and/or A level assessment
Current or former teaching experience and ability to demonstrate credibility with teachers
Experience extending influence beyond the classroom, e.g. through subject networks or EdTech
Ability to use data effectively to inform delivery
Clear and empathetic communication skills
Flexibility to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays
