Proactively manage a portfolio of income protection claims
Provide support to the team through the management of a high volume of income protection claims, processing payments and providing regular status updates to members
Practically apply the policy terms and conditions, analyse medical, financial and other relevant information and engage the appropriate investigation tools to ensure claims are appropriately managed
Ensure that members are paid the appropriate rate and within set timeframes
Engage with appropriate parties such as Senior Assessors or rehabilitation to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated and expected recovery times are understood
