About this role

Responsible for overall management and supervision of the payment processing functions.
Oversee a team of 4, ensuring quality services in terms of timeliness, preciseness, and accuracy of payments and reports.
Plan, direct and supervise payment processing functions.
Prepare payment processing reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Oversee collection and maintenance of data and statistics.
Evaluate current systems and workflows recommending changes and improvements.
Interpret and implement program policies and procedures.
Oversee staff training and curriculum including new policies and procedures.
Evaluate and provide timely feedback to staff on performance-related matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience)

5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in American companies, preferably e-commerce, streaming or IT
3+ management experience
Knowledge of general accounting principles (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)
Highly proficience in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Quickbooks
Fluent Russian and English.
