Role Overview
- Use analytical and modeling skills to support managed care contract negotiations
- Partner with revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate implementation of contracts
- Assist in resolving escalated contract adjudication issues
- Collaborate with leaders and teams across Mercy to provide insights supporting mission and commitment to care
Requirements
- BS in Accounting or related financial field
- Five years of experience in healthcare finance
- Experience specifically in managed care and/or revenue cycle
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
