Role Overview
- Develop and implement a global compensation philosophy aligned to business strategy
- Lead salary structure design, market benchmarking, and incentive frameworks
- Ensure governance, compliance, and pay equity across regions
- Design and maintain enterprise-wide job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks
- Oversee compensation systems, analytics, and annual planning processes
- Partner with Legal and Finance to support governance and Compensation Committee agenda development
- Design and govern scalable global sales compensation plans
- Champion inclusive and equitable pay practices
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive compensation leadership experience, including global scope
- Advanced degree preferred
- Deep expertise in job architecture, equity programs, and sales compensation
- Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level governance
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Proven ability to lead through growth and transformation
