Requirements
Electrical / Mechanical / Systems / Ocean engineering degree from an ABET Accredited College/University
Professional engineering experience performing complex engineering calculations such as heat transfer, fluid flow, piping stress, mechanical stress etc.
Experience with configuration management and document control
Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment
Ability to achieve excellence working individually or as part of a team
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance
Prior experience specifically with US Navy Deep Submergence Assets and Support Systems (desired)
Familiarity with Scope of Certification (P9290/Man-010) requirements (desired)
Electrical power background (NSTM 300) (desired)
Familiarity with Military Specifications, ANSI and ASME standards (desired)
Related submarine / submersible experience with design, maintenance, operations, repair and/or testing (desired)
Experience with MS Office suite of products (desired)
