Role Overview
- Investigate and analyze business drivers and needs to deliver comprehensive detailed business requirements
- Determine impact to our business processes, build new or revised processes to enable our operations
- Support complex client investigations requiring collaboration across multiple Group Benefits stakeholders
- Prepare our business partners for changes, articulating implications for them
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate intensely with subject matter experts and document business needs
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Group Disability operations and systems (STD, AMCS, LTD)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to adjust for different audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required (Power Point, Excel)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- Passion for process mapping and/or process design
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of agile methodology
