Assisting in IT projects, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and timelines
Analyzing functional and technical requirements and translating them into clear, structured specifications
Assessing implementation effort, timelines, dependencies, and cost implications for system enhancements and integrations
Preparing decision-ready documentation to support prioritization and implementation planning
Coordinating with internal IT teams, external partners, and developers to ensure aligned and efficient implementation
Configuring systems according to customer requirements and supporting custom development efforts
Participating in testing phases (integration testing and user acceptance testing) to ensure system readiness before go-live
Providing guidance during go-live and supporting post-implementation stabilization
Working across SAP and non-SAP environments with clients from diverse industries and markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in IT consulting, application consulting, or IT project environments
Basic understanding of maintenance and field service processes
Knowledge of SAP PM, CS, and MM, and a solid understanding of SAP system landscapes
Ability to understand technical complexity and assess implementation implications
Experience translating requirements into actionable, decision-ready documentation
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and align multiple stakeholders
Structured, analytical working style with a high sense of responsibility
Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
