Providing regulatory compliance support for operations, engineering and projects that occur in your defined support area
Coordinating with state and federal regulators to facilitate DOT PHMSA / State Agency inspections
Engaging with projects to perform design reviews to ensure DOT 192 / 195 compliance
Completing regulatory DOT 192 / 195 Assurance through internal audits and acquisition integration
Reviewing forms and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinating accident notifications to National Response Center and completing PHMSA accident reporting
Researching regulatory interpretations and identification of possible impacts to the organization
Researching DOT rule-making and state rule-making for incorporations into applicable procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Exhibits excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
FE Certification (Preferred)
Project Management experience (Preferred)
