Develop new industrial abrasives business in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
Achieve sales targets by providing sales coverage for assigned accounts or within the assigned territory.
Manage the territory under regular supervision.
When necessary, request or receive assistance to handle situations that require greater or different expertise or knowledge.
Identify and analyze the market opportunity potential for 3M.
Drive the development and implementation of opportunities in PR and SC.
Lead product development and launches and work closely with partners/distributors in this market.
Implement a routine of customer visits for accounts under your responsibility and support the development of key customers using Salesforce (time and territory management).
Requirements
University degree completed.
Experience in technical sales, with demonstrated ability to manage a territory, build customer relationships and apply consultative selling techniques.
Knowledge of the industrial market and its supply chain.
Willingness to work in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
Availability for domestic travel and fieldwork.
Intermediate English and Spanish.
Experience with abrasives sales, industrial processes and production lines.
Previous experience with 3M products or similar solutions.
Experience working with distribution/reseller channels in the industrial market.
