About this role
Role Overview
Building business relationships with Asure's top revenue clients to uncover opportunities
Completing discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business
Establishing Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle
Managing existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients
Developing comprehensive understanding of client’s short
and long-term needs
Identifying opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asure solution
Delivering high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients
Partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions
Utilizing virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new business opportunities
Formulating and presenting proposals that outline the value of the proposed Asure solutions
Executing sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
Maintaining and managing client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned goals
Leveraging Salesforce.com to manage and report results
Tracking transactions in Salesforce.com and reporting information to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience selling a SaaS solutions preferred
Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutions preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multiple engagements effectively
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools
Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals.
