About this role

Lead a team of configuration specialists to align vended solution and business need
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and successful product launch
Create value for both customers and organization while mitigating risk
Validate hypotheses by continuous testing during product/feature discovery
Serve as Product Owner for digital engagement solutions
Proactively address problems and make recommendations to improve processes
Work with Product Management to establish product/feature roadmap and goals
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs
Create Release Plans and manage releases
Establish sprint goals in coordination with the team
Attend Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning meetings
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
