Report into the Global Surgical Commercial Capabilities organisation
Identify training needs and drive collaboration with regional stakeholders
Partner with Global and Regional departments to design and develop training courses
Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources
Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations and feedback
Foster cross departmental training collaboration
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in capital/complex medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.) or training delivery
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Genuinely enthusiastic for training and development
Commitment to teamwork
In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure and processes
Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Experience in multicultural organizations
Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
Proven track record with a natural drive for results
Experience with project management/project leadership
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Operating room knowledge or experience
Excellent spoken and written English is required
