Lead the design, integration, and evolution of our enterprise virtual assistant
Focus on the Moveworks platform as a core capability, integrating it with enterprise systems such as Workday, Concur, and ServiceNow
Automate support workflows and improve employee experience
Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures
Partner closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to define use cases
Establish governance and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation
Provide technical leadership across design and delivery, including architecture reviews and hands-on guidance

Direct experience implementing or administering Moveworks, including integrations, use case design, analytics, or adoption strategies
Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions that integrate multiple platforms and services
Strong experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, such as ServiceNow, including workflows, integrations, and service automation
Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns using Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience integrating identity, access management, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Teams)
Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures used to connect SaaS platforms
Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations in enterprise SaaS and AI solutions
Ability to provide technical leadership, including architecture guidance, design reviews, and solution standards
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with multiple vendors and platforms
Bachelor's degree
