Act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution.
Build strategic insurer relationships and navigate local market and regulatory dynamics.
Execute commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship building to integration and go-live.
Build, own, and manage a robust and visible pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the UK market.
Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate closely with legal, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams to finalize agreements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
