Requirements
3+ years of experience managing social media for high-growth creators, podcasts, or digital media brands.
A natural ability to write hooks that grab attention and captions that tell a story.
Deep knowledge of social media landscape, algorithms, and best practices for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and Facebook.
Ability to look at a dashboard of metrics and translate them into actionable insights for the creative team, including 7-day and 30-day reports.
