About this role
Role Overview
Involved in the full cycle of improvement projects
Understanding and defining problems facing a company, developing and implementing solutions to address these problems
Measuring the impact of the changes
Dealing with management and C-level executives
Advising and assisting with the identification, development, and implementation of solutions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, program management, or project management
Right to work in Saudi Arabia OR UAE
Analytical, Creative Thinking, Assertive, Multi-Tasker and Ability to perform under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and highly preferable full understanding of English
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite
