- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM frameworks
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English skills (C1+)
