Build and maintain trusted, successful relationships with customers and partners and advise on the selection of optimal solutions
Maintain the customer network through regular on-site visits and by actively participating in workshops and conferences
Work closely with colleagues from Customer Consulting, Product Management and regional teams
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to after-sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience
Responsible for tender management, e.g., preparing and managing proposals, analyzing and evaluating tenders, coordinating across departments, managing deadlines and communicating with customers
Represent Brainlab with a professional and innovative presence to customers, competitors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Completed degree in business, engineering or IT
Entrepreneurial mindset, independent and structured way of working, and strong customer focus
Experience in the sale of capital equipment (investment goods)
Leadership experience is an advantage
Interest in healthcare, medical technology and innovation
High willingness to travel (up to 80%)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills
Native-level German and fluent English
