Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions
Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and workflows
Design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Ensure consistent design across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems
Test designs for usability and gather feedback to improve the user experience
Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain industry best practices.

2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
Proficiency in design tools like Figma & Canva
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience with user research techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews
Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and task flows
Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers is not a must but a nice to have
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving user problems creatively.
