Several years of experience in IT consulting or in architecture work within demanding industrial environments
Ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies, structure them and translate them into clear architectural target states
Ability to prepare technically demanding topics in a clear manner and communicate them appropriately to different audiences and levels
Solid understanding of key manufacturing processes — e.g. R&D, production, supply chain, as well as sales & service
Strong architectural knowledge of established business systems such as ERP and CRM/CX solutions, e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Experience implementing or integrating PLM, CAD or MES solutions in shop-floor-near environments
Proficient in modern integration concepts, API management and software architectures such as microservices and cloud-native approaches
Knowledge of cloud ecosystems such as Azure or AWS and a good understanding of modern infrastructure concepts
Practical use of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and notations like UML or ArchiMate
Certifications in the architecture or cloud domain, e.g., TOGAF, CPSA/iSAQB or Azure/AWS Architect
Practical experience with Industry 4.0 concepts
Experience designing industrial data platforms or integrating AI use cases
Know-how in security architecture, e.g., Zero Trust, identity management, IEC 62443 or ISO 27001
Practical experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe
