Conducting corporate research and commercial due diligence
Participating in information gathering calls with clients
Identifying prospective buyers through market research
Communicating effectively with clients and prospective buyers via emails and calls
Creation of marketing collateral including sales teasers
Management of virtual data rooms controlling access to confidential information
Liaising with buyers to secure offers
Supporting the IP Valuation team in the delivery of valuations and reports
Data entry and mining tasks
Attending industry events to develop relationships
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in relevant field, including business, accountancy, law, marketing etc, or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous
< 2 years experience with intellectual property/restructuring preferred but not necessary
Strong organisational skills
Capable of managing multiple assignments at once against tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Collaborative team-player & self-motivated with ability to work independently, including whilst working remotely
Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong drive for results, bias for action with superior time management skills
Willingness to develop and further knowledge across the Intellectual Property and Restructuring/Turnaround sectors
