Requirements
- Native-level German speaker, primary working language for all marketing output (written and verbal)
- Fully bilingual in English
- 7+ years of progressive experience within B2B SaaS marketing
- Minimum 3+ years of experience owning marketing programs and managing external agencies and vendors
- Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels (e.g., content, campaigns, events, paid media)
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with HubSpot
- Proven experience partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional global teams
- Comfortable owning outcomes while working cross-functionally with global teams and external partners.
