Role Overview
- Identify clients' needs to recommend additional products that complement their existing coverage
- Present new products and services and prepare quotes
- Respond to calls and other communications
- Foster a climate of trust that encourages new sales opportunities
- Maintain a client database and respond promptly to all client communications
Requirements
- AMF certification (Autorité des marchés financiers)
- At least three years of experience, preferably in auto insurance and personal property insurance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues in a pleasant and positive manner
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
