Management of partner brokers: You take responsibility for the professional management of client relationships with our partner brokers.
Management of large corporate clients: You provide professional account management for major corporate clients, either in collaboration with our partner brokers or directly.
Tendering / RFPs: You run tendering processes on and off our Finlex platform and develop complex insurance solutions.
Negotiation & partnerships: You negotiate with existing and prospective contractual partners (insurers, insurance brokers, corporate clients) and develop and maintain strong, sustainable business relationships with them.
New client acquisition: You actively participate in and drive the acquisition of new clients.
Representation: You represent Finlex at industry and client events, write technical articles and blog posts, and deliver presentations, webinars, etc.
Technical point of contact: You act as a subject-matter contact and "expertise provider" both within and outside the team.
Claims support: You support our Claims team in handling cyber claims.
Requirements
Several years' experience in independently managing strategic client relationships in the (commercial) insurance sector and in negotiating with risk carriers in Cyber, Financial Lines and/or Property
Degree in economics, law, IT security, or a completed vocational qualification in insurance
Solid expertise in (cyber) insurance and a strong awareness of the requirements of the insurance market (ideally combined with a deep understanding of cyber risks and security)
Strong client and sales orientation, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex topics clearly (primarily in German, but also in English)
Team player with commitment and an independent, responsible and structured working style, including good time and priority management
Affinity for platform technology, modern IT solutions and a startup mentality
Strong network within the German (cyber) insurance market would be a significant advantage
