Role Overview
- You are the first person in Marketing at Elara.
- You report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Development and Operations.
- You develop a content strategy that meets maintenance managers, operations managers and managing directors where they currently look for solutions.
- You write blog articles, case studies and landing pages.
- You manage LinkedIn organically and with paid campaigns.
- You evaluate events and trade shows based on effort and impact and decide where participation is worthwhile.
- You monitor competitors and trends in asset management.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proven results in content marketing and demand generation.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and email marketing.
- Confident use of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics.
- Routine use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, persuasive content.
- Independent, structured working style.
- Confident communication in German and English.
