Sales Manager – North

Role Overview

• Proactively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships
• Prepare and conduct sales meetings and presentations (virtually or on-site at the customer's location)
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure the success of your projects and customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Document sales activities and independently monitor your sales-related KPIs

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the sales of technical services
• Passion for sales, a self-directed and target-oriented working style, and a high level of self-motivation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer
• and service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
