About this role
Role Overview
Work on demanding projects in the healthcare and public sectors – from early project phases before planning starts through to commissioning
Structure complex initiatives together with experienced colleagues and support the clarification of key project requirements
Contribute to innovative concepts for new builds, conversions, and expansions, and prepare sound decision-making materials
Prepare and follow up workshops and coordination meetings and assist in reconciling different stakeholder interests
Support schedule, cost, and quality control and gain a comprehensive insight into professional (construction) project management
Gradually take on independently defined tasks and areas of responsibility
Requirements
A completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable qualification
Interest in construction projects in the healthcare and public sectors
Initial practical experience in project environments or the hospital sector is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and self-reliant working style
Team player with a desire for professional and personal development
Ability to think holistically and beyond immediate tasks
Empathetic mindset and the ability to understand different perspectives
Reliable, team-oriented approach and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Good sense for content and visual design of presentations
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel
