Lead the global administration, system configuration, and technical integration of the DAM platform with our MarTech stack.
Design and maintain standardized metadata schemas and leverage AI-driven automation to ensure 100% asset searchability.
Oversee the full asset lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and Digital Rights Management (DRM) to mitigate legal risks.
Partner with Business Operations to integrate creative workflows into the Phase Gate model and manage the global intake and triage process.
Act as the primary technical lead for teams in North America and India, driving system adoption through training, SOP documentation, and utilization reporting.
Requirements
5+ years in Marketing Operations or Digital Asset Management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Brandfolder, or Widen).
Advanced knowledge of creative file formats (Adobe Creative Cloud suite), video transcoding, and metadata standards (IPTC/XMP).
Strong PM skills with experience in tools like Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com; comfortable managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
Native or professional-level English proficiency is mandatory, as this role supports a global team and requires extensive documentation in English.
You enjoy organizing chaos and have a high degree of attention to detail when it comes to naming conventions, version control, and system architecture.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and collaborating across multiple time zones.
