Role Overview
- Prepare and correct billing and invoices
- Work closely with Customer Service and Accounting
- Ensure smooth operations for customers and Enpal
- Review and maintain customer data and information
- Support the team with manual corrections in the system
- Execute billing and payment runs
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes
Requirements
- Discreet handling of sensitive customer data
- Quick comprehension and an independent, structured working style
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Wilken and Salesforce is a plus
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Initial experience in the energy sector, invoice processing, or administrative roles is an advantage
