Requirements
4–5 years in presales or solutions consulting for an insurance platform vendor (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, EIS, Sapiens, or similar SaaS/platform vendor)
Hands-on technical chops: you understand API architectures, can read code, and have built or configured insurance platform solutions yourself (not just presented them)
You’ve closed deals – and can articulate how you influenced the technical win, navigated objections, and shaped the commercial outcome
Deep fluency in how insurers modernize product operations: legacy policy administration constraints, claims transformation, underwriting automation, product lifecycle challenges, time-to-market pressures, and cloud-native transformation
Comfortable traveling 40–50% of the time across UK, Europe, and Romania
