Manage and implement key People & Culture (P&C) processes across the organization.
Support end-to-end implementation of core P&C programs, including Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring P&C initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Lead the setup and execution of the performance management cycle.
Conduct training needs analyses and develop annual training plans.
Support recruitment processes for key roles, ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
Propose new initiatives to improve P&C and organizational efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on P&C policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate P&C data to support decision-making and analyze trends to improve P&C processes.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the areas outlined above.
Strong ability to balance business needs with people strategy.
Proven capability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Comfortable working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
