Role Overview
- Design digital learning content
- Contribute to or take ownership of the instructional design/script
- Conduct interviews and perform video editing of expert presentations or AI agent demonstrations
- Create educational animations using motion design
- Develop e-learning modules with interactive learning activities
- Participate in scoping meetings with external partners and internal experts
- Develop the instructional scenario
- Co-develop content with the Institute's subject-matter experts
- Convert technical content into participatory learning sequences by integrating a variety of modalities
- Prepare assessments of learning outcomes with technical experts
- Improve the visual design of materials to harmonize with and comply with the Institute's new brand guidelines
Requirements
- Master's degree (M2) in instructional design or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience
- Proficiency with the e‑learning authoring tool Storyline (Articulate Storyline)
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or equivalent
- Strong graphic sensibility
- Good writing skills and accurate spelling
- Written and reading English, minimum level B2
