Develop clear account growth plans to increase customer spend and long-term value.
Work collaboratively with internal teams including Service, Fulfilment, and wider Sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity in CRM systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling digital marketing or high-value digital solutions.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Good understanding of digital marketing products, campaign performance, and online advertising solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive approach to client management.
