Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that aligns with client needs and company capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, technical experts, and legal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
Manage proposal timelines and coordinate the review and approval process to meet submission deadlines.
Maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices to streamline future proposal development.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal writing or technical writing, preferably within the services industry.
Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
Ability to interpret complex solicitation documents and translate requirements into compelling written content.
Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in the 'Other Services' industry or a similar service-oriented sector.
Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
Knowledge of government or commercial procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Project management experience related to coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Advanced writing certifications or training in persuasive/business writing.
