Role Overview
- Support both the talent sourcing and business development sides of our work
- Help build and manage client relationships while finding the right candidates for open roles
- Manage social media channels and help shape brand voice
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field (internship experience counts)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A self-starter with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media tools
- Creative eye for content creation (Canva or similar tools a plus)
- Passion for talent, startups, and growing something from scratch
