About this role
Role Overview
Promote and sell innovative cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and retail outlets across the region
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the medical cosmetics field
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic products to healthcare professionals
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market insights
Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to customers, emphasizing the medical aspects of our cosmetic line
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the medical cosmetics sector
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and expand our network
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for medical cosmetic products
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in medical or cosmetic product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
In-depth knowledge of cosmetic and medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications in medical settings
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
Thorough understanding of the cosmetic and medical products industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of skincare trends and familiarity with medical aesthetics procedures
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making
