Maintain the display standards and overall cleanliness of the store.
Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve order, delivery, and service issues efficiently.
Represent our store and partner brands with consistent, high-quality communication.
Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and customer support performance goals (KPIs).
Requirements
A warm, approachable, and professional personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
Proven retail customer service experience, ideally in musical instruments.
Familiarity with customer service platforms (CRM systems preferred).
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
A team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Must be currently based in Bangkok.
