Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management
- at least 3 years in people leadership
- track record of delivering cross functional programs
- strong analytical capabilities and data driven decision making
- excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to influence and motivate without direct authority
- a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required
- an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
