As Campaign Operations Executive, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across Google Ads, Google DV360, The Trade Desk and META for our managed service clients.
Play a central role in ensuring the Campaign Operations Team delivers world-class digital campaigns that maximise both client outcomes and business performance.
Ensure proper campaign setup, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring KPIs and pacing targets are consistently met.
Oversee budget allocation and spend efficiency across campaigns and adherence to client budgets.
Attend daily stand-ups to align on priorities, address delivery challenges, and ensure requirements from client service and account teams are met.
Monitor live campaigns, applying data-driven optimisation, and ensuring all client KPIs (e.g. Reach, CPM, ROI) are achieved.
Act as the key point of contact between internal Sales and Account Service teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution and clear communication.
Requirements
1–2 years’ working experience in a Campaign Operations/Campaign Delivery capacity.
Good command of English; written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets and platform reporting dashboards (eg., Looker Studio etc.).
Relevant certifications in programmatic advertising or specific platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform certification).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, or JIRA) to facilitate workflow and collaboration within the team.
Experienced in utilising demand side platforms like Google Ads, Google DV360, META, The Trade Desk, TikTok and other major DSPs.
Willing to work under pressure and promptly support other offices in different time zones.
