About this role
Role Overview
Lead and manage large-scale Health & Welfare operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in alignment with US Healthcare domain regulations.
Oversee enrolment processes, file processing, data processing, and carrier file management, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Manage health payroll operations, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements, automation, and best practices.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to HIPAA and other US healthcare industry standards.
Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to streamline healthcare benefits administration.
Lead health implementation projects and ensure successful execution of benefits programs.
Manage a team of 100+ employees, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
Drive service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on process optimization and business growth.
Requirements
20+ years of experience, with at least 15+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Operations.
Strong expertise in Health & Welfare, enrolment, data processing, file processing, carrier files, and health payroll.
Experience in Healthcare Implementation & Benefits Administration is a plus.
Proven ability to manage and lead large teams of 100+ professionals in a high-volume environment.
Hands-on experience in process automation, operational improvements, and quality management.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
Ability to work in a US shift and manage client interactions effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
