Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined and be accountable for projects scope, budget, resources and timeline
Translate roadmap planning into detailed tasks and ensure requirements are understood, deliverables are within timelines, and projects meet defined quality standards
Recommend and develop project specific agile workflows that are aligned with company wide guidelines and implement these workflows inside the working tools
Plan, implement and track core platform development activity across the SDLC from requirements gathering to versioning and deployment
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial project plan through implementation
Oversee resourcing to meet team capacity against project deliverables and allocate tasks accordingly in collaboration with team members, customers and managers
Monitor and update project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items following agile methodology best practices
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
Participate in peer review and sign-off of others’ work
Support development teams when deploying and in investigating and fixing issues
Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news
Update regularly and appropriately on plans, updates and risks
Requirements
Bachelor in Computer Science, Masters in Project Management or equivalent
Certified Project Manager (PMP) certification
7-8+ years of Project Management experience within IT
Proven experience working with multiple clients on IT project-based initiatives
Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and growing transparency
Superb communication and presentation skills in providing pertinent and detailed information to clients and delivery / operational teams
